Netsuren will periodically measure the cooling ability of the coolant (quenching liquid).
When using water-soluble quenching fluids, the cooling rate can change due to thermal degradation and contamination. If management is conducted solely with a concentration meter, it may not necessarily align with the quality of the quenching process. Our cooling capability measurement service can assist in high-quality cooling fluid management by measuring the "cooling rate" with our specially developed measurement equipment. This can be utilized as data for improving quality assurance levels and determining the timing for coolant replacement.
